Na tokratni praksi se bomo naučili izvesti položaj kamele (t. i. Camel Pose oz Ustrasana). S to čudovito vadbo bomo raztegnili cel prednji del, odprli prsni koš in zadihali. Vadba te bo napolnila z energijo in pripravila na naslednje izzive.
